Welcome to our business continuity resources page. These resources are freely available to anyone who needs them. As we work through the challenges of lockdown, we'll be updating this page with resources to help you and your organisations deliver BAU and to successfully migrate to the new normal, post-pandemic.
We've been made aware of two free services for charities:
TT19 has been set up in the last few days by a group of highly skilled and experienced IT and digital professionals, who are in a position to offer their services for free to charities and small businesses. They are offering support in three areas: 1. Remote working and enabling staff to work effectively while maintaining social distancing, 2. Systems deployment to enable online customer engagement, and 3. What next? Planning for beyond lockdown and how to deploy the right digital systems to ensure success. To find out more about what they can offer and how they can help you, email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Chris Rivinus, Co-Founder, on 07827 333728.
Curatrix Technologies have had to make the difficult decision to put some of their staff on furlough because of the current situation. These amazing people have opted not to binge-watch box-sets or work on their tans, but have instead created a free helpdesk service to use their considerable skills and expertise to support charities and NFPs. Find out more, or access support by visiting https://www.home-it.online/
Below you’ll find links to information about working from home, emotional well-being and mental health, tools to help you plan through the crisis, templates for crisis comms, products and services that will enable organisations to keep functioning, and a calendar of forthcoming webinars and virtual events. We’ve even added a section on resources for homeschooling and/or entertaining children, who are definitely not part of our standard working day.
Please email email@example.com if you can add any other resources or links.
