The pressure and expectations on IT and digital leaders will be greater than ever, and the need for increasingly diverse skills in leading with empathy, unifying teams that have been divided by geography and furlough, and responding to a fast-changing environment with resilience and creativity will only increase.
Charity IT Leaders is delighted to be able to offer a four week, virtual, leadership development programme, developed specifically for Charity IT Leaders’ members by Salma Shah. Salma is the founder of ‘Mastering your Power’and is a highly experienced Executive Coach who has also worked at the sharp end of technology. She is also a Board Member of the UK ICF (International Coaching Federation). This programme is free to members, but places are strictly limited to eight delegates.

About the programme
The programme will consist of four, two-hourly group sessions, run fortnightly from 17 July between 10am and 12pm. In addition, each participant will receive a 1:1 coaching session with Salma, prior to the start of the course and a 1:1 review session after completing the course.
The four week program will cover the following topics;
- Week one - Friday 17 July: Psychological safety and post Covid-19 team re-building
- Week two – Friday 31 July: Difficult conversations and managing expectations
- Week three – Friday 4 September: Supporting teams through transition
- Week four – Friday 11 September: Creating a new reality and planning for the future

Who is it for
Leaders and senior managers working in IT and digital teams. This will be a small, focused cohort of 8 individuals.
Please note, at time of booking, you must be able to attend all four sessions. We understand that sometimes things happen and you may have to miss a session, but we encourage you to attend all four sessions to ensure you get maximum benefit from the programme.
