Interactive Workshop – AI readiness: policies and frameworks
Join us at 10:15 on Thursday 26 September for an interactive workshop that will enable you to have the right AI policies and frameworks in place for your organisation.
Effective IT policies provide a framework for managing risks, harnessing the benefits of changing and emerging technologies, ensuring compliance and addressing business challenges – all while maintaining stability and security. But where does AI fit into your policy framework? Do you need a whole raft of new, AI-specific policies? Or can you revise existing policies to include AI?
Steve Macmillan, Managing Director of Protocol Policy Systems (PPS) will be answering all these questions and more, as well as exploring the legislative, regulatory and standards landscape that you need to consider when developing AI policies and frameworks.
Steve has been working in the technology sector for more than 30 years. Since 2014 he and his team have assisted over 200 organisations in the UK, Australia and New Zealand address their IT policy requirements. PPS launched Policy Management as a Service in 2021, making PPS an ideal partner to deliver this workshop and help our members ensure they have the right policies and frameworks in place to leverage the benefits of AI, while minimising risk.
Bring your questions, your concerns, your experiences (and a cup of coffee) and prepare to have your AI (and other) policy questions answered.
