Charity IT Leaders

Join us for our 25th Anniversary Reception, Dinner and Awards Ceremony on Thursday 4 December at Inner Temple Hall in London.

We'll be celebrating 25 years of CITL, 25 years of networking, community and support, 25 years of championing the sector and 25 years of working with the most incredible members, sponsors, volunteers and trustees.

We'll also be celebrating the best in charity technology, digital and data at our inaugural CITL Awards. So often, the amazing individuals and teams who make tech, digital and data happen in charities and charitable organisations are unsung heroes.

People complain if email stops working, expect you to fix the air con and the coffee machine, and hold you responsible when a global supplier has an outage. But they don't often compliment the great stuff.

We want to change that, and make sure that the great work delivered by tech, digital and data teams across the sector is celebrated and given the recognition it deserves.

Whether you join us on December 4th as a member, a sponsor, an award nominee, or a CITL guest, dust off your best suit or cocktail dress and click here to book your place.

A Message from our Lead Sponsor

At Advance Solutions, we believe that technology is one of the most powerful enablers of social good. As a ServiceNow Elite Partner, we’ve spent over 16 years helping mission-driven organisations modernise their operations, amplify their impact, and serve their communities more efficiently.

That’s why we’re proud to be the Lead Sponsor of the inaugural Charity IT Leaders Awards and the Tech for Good category. This event not only marks a milestone 25 years of CITL, but also celebrates the unsung heroes who power digital innovation across the non-profit and charity sector.

Our purpose-built Non-profit Service Management (NPSM) platform is designed to support this very mission - empowering non-profit teams with the tools they need to manage volunteers, donors, programs, and beneficiaries through a unified platform built on ServiceNow. We’ve seen first-hand how the right technology can streamline operations, boost transparency, and unlock new levels of impact.

We’re excited to stand alongside Charity IT Leaders and the broader community to recognise the changemakers - IT teams, digital leaders, and visionary projects - that are transforming lives through technology.

Innovation matters because people matter. And as we celebrate 25 years of CITL, we also look ahead - to a future where technology continues to drive positive change, foster equity, and bring communities closer to the support they need.
