Meet our team
Whether supporting our members, engaging with our sponsors, advocating for the sector or managing our events, every member of our small team plays a vital role in achieving our ambitions to be the trusted voice of our sector, and to support charity leaders in using the power of digital technology to deliver vital outcomes for people, animals, the environment and society.
Tree Hall - CEO
Tree joined Charity IT Leaders in March 2019 and was appointed as their first CEO in May 2020. She has over 20 years experience of working in the charity and NFP sector as a fundraiser and marketer. She is hugely proud of the work CITL does to support current and emerging charity technology leaders and to enable charities and NFPs to leverage the best outcomes from their technology and digital estate. She has focused on improving member engagement, delivering long-term, sustainable partnerships with sponsors and third parties, developing the brand and increasing external engagement and networks.
She is also openly autistic and ADHD and is passionate about supporting neurodivergence and inclusion in employment, and increasing opportunities and accessibility in the workplace. She achieves this through her own company, NEUROnique. Both her children are neurodivergent, and she is committed to making the world a more welcoming, accessible place that enables them to achieve their full potential.
