We are using Power Bi as our data analysis tool. We can manage the day to day updates but when it comes to creating a new project or set of data, we no longer have the support we need as the employee is leaving who manages this work. The replacement doesn't have the capacity to take this on at the moment and will need short term support to ensure we can create new data sheets etc when new projects arise.

A free CISO Advisor power hour (max of one per month on a first come first served basis); this is an advisory service to answer questions, talk things through, and signpost them to additional resources. I have spent many years working for a supplier in the IT industry, supporting not-for-profit (NfP) organisations. Unfortunately, I’ve often witnessed NfPs being overlooked—whether through missed discounts, limited support, or reduced customer service—simply due to their size or NfP status. If there are any of your members who have an issue with technical debt in the form of large codebases that are undocumented we are looking to build cases studies of how our product can help with automatically generated documentation.
