We are using Power Bi as our data analysis tool. We can manage the day to day updates but when it comes to creating a new project or set of data, we no longer have the support we need as the employee is leaving who manages this work. The replacement doesn't have the capacity to take this on at the moment and will need short term support to ensure we can create new data sheets etc when new projects arise.
Pay Tech Forward!
The place for NFPs and suppliers to come together for good
Pay Tech Forward is a collaboration between specialist charity suppliers, and charities and not-for-profits.
If you're a charity or NFP, Pay Tech Forward is a space where you can post your tech, digital and data needs and ask for help from charity focussed providers who are happy to offer services pro or low bono.
If you're a supplier who is committed to the sector, and you can offer services, product or support for free, this is the place where you can offer your services and find NFPs looking for support.
It's easy to take part - simply complete the form to register your details and offer / wanted and your 'post-it' will appear on the page below. Once someone has clicked on your post, they'll contact you to arrange a call.

I have spent many years working for a supplier in the IT industry, supporting not-for-profit (NfP) organisations. Unfortunately, I’ve often witnessed NfPs being overlooked—whether through missed discounts, limited support, or reduced customer service—simply due to their size or NfP status. In my new role at Highgate, I’m committed to changing this. My aim is to help bridge the gap by offering informed advice, sourcing the right software, hardware, and services, and ultimately delivering genuine value to the NfP sector. This mission is now both a professional focus and a personal passion.

I can offer help and advice for orgs looking at their digital estate. I bridge the technical to digital space and have significant commercial experience and acumen. I can advise on cost/time/scope estimates as well as best practices and approaches. Having commercial and NFP experience as well as Public sector, I have insight into how suppliers perceive tenders and contracting. Having seen that process from both sides, I can advise on the key things to cover when defining your project to go to tender. That's everything from strategic to practical advice basically.
